What happens if my plane is arriving early or late?
No need to worry, an LTI agent will track and monitor your flight’s arrival. An LTI limo agent receives up to the minute flight data through our Flight Tracking Software to ensure an LTI chauffeur will arrive at the exact time of your arrival.

Where do I meet my Chauffeur for Airport pick-up?
Each airport has different rules and policies of allowing chauffeurs to leave vehicles unattended to come inside to meet you. At most airport, we will be able to meet you at either baggage claim or customs. Call your LTI agent to inquire for specific airport pick up procedures.

What is VIP Meet & Greet service?
At some airports chauffeurs are not allowed inside terminals, so we strongly recommend a VIP Meet + Greet agent to greet you at your baggage carrousel and assist with your luggage and then escort you to your chauffeur and vehicle.

How much of a grace period do I have to meet the Chauffeur on my Flat Rate (Point to Point) or Airport Transfer?
LTI limo allows 30 minutes grace period on Point to Point (flat rate) airport transfers from the time your plane arrives at the gate, which allows you to collect your luggage and meet your chauffeur. In the case that 30 minutes is exceeded then there is a charge of $1.00 per minute. If the pickup is at your residence, office or any other location besides the airport the grace period is 15 minutes.

How does LTI charge for their services?
LTI has a simple standardized rate for all its chauffeured vehicle transportation. There are two types of jobs we provide, “flat rate transfer” and “as directed hourly”. For flat transfer rate is: Flat Rate (point to point) + suggested gratuity + admin fee. For hourly trips the rate is: Hourly rate x hours (as directed) + suggested gratuity + admin fee.

What is suggested gratuity? The entire suggested gratuity goes to the LTI chauffeur and this is NOT a mandatory charge. Our patrons may provide a gratuity that is greater than or less 20% as they deem appropriate. Please note that all decisions as to whether to provide a gratuity and the amount of any such gratuity for an LTI chauffeur is made at the sole and absolute discretion of the client.

What is your cancellation policy? LTI has a 2 hour cancellation policy. In the case that 2 hours notice was not given, the client is responisble for a cancellation fee. For all Motor-Coach and international rides there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any ride cancelled inside of 48 hours is subject to a full charge of the reserved time.

How can I setup an account with LTI? You may click “Download our CC Auth Form” link on the box to the right to fill out the account setup form. Alternatively, you may contact our Sales Manager at your convenience.

How can I get a receipt? If you have an account with us then we will automatically email you a receipt after each reservation.You may also choose to give us a call or email us and we can then send you a copy of your receipt via email, fax, or mail. Lastly, you may choose to go online and retrieve a receipt you have an account with us.

How far in advance do I need to make a reservation? Our staff is trained to take ASAPS and last minute changes, but you should schedule as soon as you have a firm schedule.

Is it possible to make, change, or cancel a reservation with my chauffeur? No, our chauffers are not trained to do so and we have a 24 hour office staff to accommodate you.
