John was wonderful today, he took us on a tour of Boston and Cambridge and made it very exciting for my younger children ages 5 & 9 to the point they were sad when we started to head back to the Hotel.

Our last minute roadshow went perfect from the original last minute reservation today, the phone call with the Dispatchers keeping me updated at each meeting and the Chauffeur Bill was amazing. Bill was always facing the direction to the next meeting making sure we did not lose any time to our next meeting, always standing outside the car (even in the bitter cold) Just overall great service Thank you
